Important: Camera data is processed locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or share any video recordings or camera feed data. All computer vision processing happens on-device using CoreML and OpenCV technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

Ghost Buddy requires camera access to function properly. You can:

Without camera access, the app's core features will not function. All camera processing is performed locally on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Ghost Buddy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

• Session Data: Stored locally until you delete it manually
• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Deleted Data: Permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request

9. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase: Authentication, Firestore Database, and Storage (Privacy Policy)
• Apple StoreKit: In-app purchases and subscriptions (Privacy Policy)

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country where data protection laws may differ. By using Ghost Buddy, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
